Experimental Fluid Dynamics

ITAC offers consulting and testing services in experimental fluid dynamics.  The services relate to (1) design and construction of wind tunnel test models, test plans, and test methods for concept verification, validation, and demonstration, (2) performing wind tunnel experiments to generate aerodynamic tables for a variety of model shapes including fuselage sections, control surfaces, airfoils, slender bodies (missiles, projectiles, munitions, etc.), non-aerodynamic shaped bodies, etc, (3) quick and accurate experiments to test and demonstrate new concept feasibility with short turn-around times, (4) development and application of data acquisition systems involving force balances, flow visualization techniques, and other flow sensors.  ITAC offers these testing services for a wide range of flow speeds.
